These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided through AskDogTrainers.com. While you may be accessing services through this website, all services are owned and operated by Prodogz LLC.

By purchasing, booking, or participating in any virtual training services, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

All services are provided remotely through virtual formats, which may include video calls, phone consultations, messaging, or submitted training reviews.

Training advice is based on professional experience; however, results may vary depending on each dog, handler consistency, environment, and follow-through. You acknowledge that success depends largely on your implementation of the training provided.

Prodogz LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion if a client is uncooperative, abusive, or if the situation falls outside the scope of services offered.

Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your dog’s behavior, safety, and well-being at all times.

By participating in virtual training, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for safely handling your dog during all training exercises
You will use reasonable judgment when applying training techniques
You assume all risks associated with working with your dog

Prodogz LLC is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the application or misuse of training advice.

Payments & Refund Policy

Payment is required prior to the start of any service.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to professional knowledge, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions at the agreed-upon time.

Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited at the discretion of Prodogz LLC.

Access to recorded content, consultations, or messaging services may be limited based on the service purchased.

Intellectual Property & Media Use

Prodogz LLC retains all rights to training methods, materials, and content provided.

By participating in services, you grant Prodogz LLC permission to use submitted videos, photos, feedback, or communications for educational or promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Limitation of Liability

By using this service, you agree to release and hold harmless Prodogz LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

The behavior of your dog
The application of training advice
Any injury to persons, animals, or property

Agreement to Terms

By using AskDogTrainers.com and submitting an application or purchasing services, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
You agree to be legally bound by them
You understand that you are entering into an agreement with Prodogz LLC, regardless of the website used
